Over the years, I have noticed a common thread through my experiences; I enjoy giving other peole the tools to improve their lives. Once I became an accountant, I watched people run businesses with great potential. But they got in the way of success by refusing to market, change with the times, specialize, or raise prices. It can be agonizing to see somebody with $1M in revenue who is cash strapped because they do a poor job managing their receivables and underbidding contracts, but that is the reality for many. I am here to offer my experience, expertise and persective to not only help you form a growth strategy, but be true to yourself. Small businesses are a direct reflection of the owners' fear, ambition, and goals. We just have to make sure the ambition and goals win out over the fear.
